Reinhilde Schraepen

Creative manager and founder of RS communication. After 15 years experience as an art director in advertising agencies, Reinhilde successfully established RS Communication in 2001. “I have always aimed to create a high level of satisfaction among customers,” she says. “We seek out a smart solution to your request. The challenge is to meet complex briefings with a creative approach that really stands out, branding that is recognized from a distance. What's more, customers get direct contact with the creatives, so there is no loss of information after the briefing."

Ann Vertriest

Ask a copywriter to write a couple of lines about herself and you’ll end up with a novel. So i will keep it short and to the point.

I’ve started out as a junior copywriter at Leo Burnett and became a senior at DDB. Freelancer since 2003 and since then I have developed an interest for coaching, and directing (mostly radio commercials and theatre plays). I love combining several “talents” to keep things fresh and fun. For you and me.

Mary-Ann Koninckx

Legend has it that an estranged cousin spilled charcoal into her formula. She's been creating ever since. Inspired by Lovecraft, Paula Scher, MC Bess and ROA, Mary-Ann likes to push the envelope.

She originally set out to study backhand and programming, but eventually found herself deeply enthralled by graphic design, illustration and animation. Her broad knowledge of both code and design allow her to tackle projects from any angle.

Maarten Francq

The specialist in “complex stuff”, such as 3D- and motion design, virtual reality and new media. Skills include video-mapping, video-routing setup, multimedia, media server programming, virtual reality, visualisation, post-production, visual FX, digital signage, VJ content creation, animation, 3D, video, motion design, projection and LED mapping. At a time when DPS was in beta mode, Maarten helped develop the iPad apps for sales, enabling 120 representatives to download apps from home and trained the sales in using the iPad.

Thomas Maxwell

A backend software engineer who specializes in custom development and systems integration with a specific focus on integrating with the Veeva Systems platform. In the past 10 years he has consulted for government institutions and large companies in the telecommunications industry. Besides the engineering know-how he possesses the ability to translate abstract business needs into specific technical implementations.

Georges Bloemen

Meet the brand propeller with a proven track record in strategy, content, creative and client management. A generalist by nature and specialist by design, Georges started working as an editor, but was very quickly lured into advertising. “See me as a blend of wit, creativity, wisdom, know-how and optimism,” he says, forgetting to add “modesty”.

His key skills are: lightning speed empathy for enterprises, their people and products; a bullshit-proof core with a helicopter view and a keen eye for the truth and the long term.

Karen Casteels

Paul Vanbiesen

A creative designer since 1985, Paul has worked as art director in many of Belgium’s most creative agencies: Duval Guillaume, TBWA, Saatchi& Saatchi, Publicis and Grey. He has numerous awards to his credit, both in Belgium and abroad.

“I’ve only got one goal,” he admits, “to find that one strong idea that will lead to the best result and return on investment. Creating is not my job, it’s my passion.”
